A little about me: I am a Christian man. I belong to an Assembly of God Church, Abundant Grace, right here in Lake Havasu City, AZ. I was born in Milwaukee, WI. In 1958. I was raised in the car business. My father owned his own used car dealership in 1971. I owned my Pre-Owned Auto Dealership since 1986 till now. I am also an ASE (Automobile Service Excellence) Master Collision Repair/Refinishing Technician. I’m an ASE Certified Mechanical Technician. I am also I-CAR Certified and trained. You can look all those sites up on the Internet. (www.ase.com and www.icar.com) I had many sales people working for me with much experience from new and used car dealerships. I have learned much from their techniques and abilities in sales. Once and only once, the high pressure of a car salesman sucked me in and I promised never to do that to the public but sometimes I find that it stifles my business. I encourage people to shop and compare, but I do warn them against high pressure. I will remind you of this throughout the book.
